Great value and quality lights for the garden!
I bought these lights as I’m starting to get some things together to re-do my garden and patio ready for the summer. I was pleasantly surprised at just how many lights there are - I know it says 100 lights, but you never quite know what that looks like until they arrive!There are two separate solar panels and stakes, as well as two reams of lights. They’re easy to install wherever you want them and so far seem to work great. They have a variety of flashing settings and you can have them set to just be on. I temporarily put them up on a climber frame to see that they were ok, I popped the stake and solar panel in a plant pot on the patio and wrapped the lights around the frame. I’ll move them over to my fence / trellis in a couple of weeks. The light colour is quite bright, but it’s definitely a warmer white than bright white, so they should be quite cosy on a summers night. I’ve left them out in the rain and they seem to be waterproof. Definitely recommend.
Pretty twinkling little lights.
We received these lights yesterday and we installed them by wrapping them around the fence around our decking. We put them up late afternoon and as soon as it was dark they came on and started twinkling. They had only had a couple of hours sunlight but twinkled for ages. After longer in the sun today they have been working for at least 5 hours already. There are TWO strings of about 10 metres eac so plenty for us. There are 8 different effects but we haven't had chance to try them all yet.
I love these. They'll be great for the summer evenings when we'll be using our garden more.
Great value, excellent quality set of lights
We have used one set of these lights so far to add some night-light to our daughter's bedroom. We are saving the other half to use outside, but they looked so good in the bedroom that we may use both sets together and buy some more for outside. We attached the solar panel to the window and so far so good, really excellent light is given off and took a couple of minutes to set up, very easy. We've had some of these lights before which we've placed outside, using both sets tied together (carefully) and they are still excellent. Just make sure you place the solar panel somewhere you can maximise the battery charging (sounds obvious, but there you go). Well pleased so far!
